Last night the sweet sounds of India Arie performed to a sold-out crowd in Mid-town Memphis. India was in town for the Christmas show along with Gene Moore.
The American singer-songwriter, actress, musician, and record producer took stage and song a melody of Christmas music along with a combination of her very own tunes.
The talented singer has sold over 3.3 million records in the US and 10 million worldwide. She has won four Grammy Awards from her 21 nominations, including Best R&B Album.
She recently embraced the former by expanding Soulbird, her label imprint, into a multi-faceted company housing her other entrepreneurial endeavors: jewelry, apparel, merchandise, film and TV, music and book publishing. She’s also ready again for fans to hear India.Arie, the singer/songwriter.
