Multiple blog sites have began to report that Katy Perry is the half time performer for next years Super Bowl.

On February 1, 2015, the pop songbird will follow in the footsteps of U2, Michael Jackson, Madonna, Beyoncé, and Bruno Mars with a 15-minute set at the University of Phoenix Stadium.

This year Bruno Mars was the act and he broke new records during his televised performance.

Katy will take 30 later this month on October 25.

According to Wikipedia:

Perry has received many awards and nominations, and been included in the Forbes list of “Top-Earning Women In Music” for 2011, 2012, and 2013. Throughout her career, she has sold 11 million albums and 81 million singles worldwide, making her one of the best-selling artists of all time

I wonder if Memphian Juicy J will make a appearance with Katy. Katy was in Memphis this past Sunday. They have a song Dark Horse together. This song recently earned Juicy a Moonman.

This is one of my favorites.
