The NBA season has been put on hold as players gear up for All-Star Weekend.
On February 15, 2015, Pau and Marc Gasol will make history as the first brothers to start in an NBA All-Star game. The duo is selling a limited edition t-shirt. Funds from the sell of the shirts will benefit the Gasol Foundation.
“We are very honored to have been chosen for the NBA All-Star Game,” said Pau Gasol. “We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate then by creating this T-shirt and helping children lead healthier lives.”
Marc Gasol noted, “This is an achievement for our family and a memory I will treasure for the rest of my career. Being able to live our dreams only reaffirms our commitment to helping children grow and develop in a healthy way so that they too can accomplish their dreams.”
The Gasol Foundation envisions a world where all children will enter adulthood physically and mentally equipped to live successful, healthy and productive lives.
