Grizz Nation Stand Up! The 2013-2014 NBA season has kicked off. The Grind House will host the teams opener at The Fed Ex Forum on tomorrow. Friend to the site Tony Allen has purchased 500 tickets to give away to fans. The tickets will be given away to Grizzlies fans in the FedExForum Grand Lobby immediately following the team’s practice on Thursday, Oct. 31 at approximately 2 p.m.
Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and there will be a limit of two tickets per person.
The Grizzlies will host the Detroit Pistons in their 2013-14 regular season home opener, presented by First Tennessee Bank, at 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 1 at FedExForum. Fans are encouraged to arrive early and enjoy the Opening Night Party on the Plaza. Beginning two hours prior to tip-off, the Party on the Plaza will feature music, inflatables, face painters, balloon artists and official Grizzlies merchandise. Other highlights include appearances from Grizz, the Grizz Girls and the Memphis Grizzline. Also, all fans through the doors will receive a Grizzlies T-Shirt presented by First Tennessee.
