I Met Sharon Carpenter From VH1’s ‘Gossip Game’

While hanging out at the 2014 Essence Music Festival, I got to me Ms. Sharon Carpenter. You guys remember Sharon from VH1’s Gossip Game?

Sharon Carpenter is the co-creator of and was a main cast member on the reality TV show. The show followed the careers and personal lives of seven female media professionals working in the urban entertainment industry as radio personalities, journalists, and bloggers. The seven cast members were Vivian Billings, Sharon Carpenter, K. Foxx, JasFly, Kimberly Osorio, Candice Williams, and Angela Yee.

I was excited to met her. She was one of my favorites for the show that was short-lived. Not sure why the reality series went away and I didn’t bother to ask her. She was so sweet and nice. And yes she is pretty in person.

Did you know that Sharon was born and raised in the United Kingdom. She is an award-winning, on-air/online journalist, host and producer who worked on several American networks, and interviewed an extensive list of high-profile subjects. Since her departure from Global Grind she is currently working as a journalist and host for REVOLT TV. She was on assignment for REVOLT on Thursday night.

We got to see her in action, as REVOLT interviewed Nas very briefly.
