On Saturday we stopped by Sheen Magazine’s Beauty & Style Suite in New Orleans. We were given these gift bags full of goodies and got a chance to meet Day26.
The event was going on most of the day and drew several celebrities to the suite. Although, we missed most of them, it was great to meet Day26. We got caught up in all the craziness across the street during the expo.
Day26 is an male R&B music group formed in August 2007 by Sean “Diddy” Combs. Diddy handpicked the member from MTV‘s Making the Band 4. The group consists of Robert Curry, Brian Angel, Willie Taylor, Qwanell Mosleyand Michael McCluney.
The album’s first single, “Got Me Going”, was released on the finale of Making the Band 4. The album went on to debut at number one on the billboard charts. Subsequent seasons of Making the Band 4 featured the group on tour and making their second album Forever in a Day which also topped the Billboard charts.
They are planning some new projects. Keep your eyes open for the group.
