Memphis get ready for the 5th Annual Memphis Black Expo. Saturday, March 22, 2014, from 10:30am to 6:30pm.
The Memphis Black Expo dedicated to small business and the community of Memphis announces its return of the Memphis Black Expo to be highlighted at the Memphis Agricenter International. This event will highlight local businesses, health and wellness, business promotion and youth development, fashion, music and the arts. This year’s theme is “Be Inspired”.
There will be an African American mobile museum, black business showcase, black inventors & entertainers live timeline, Henry “Box” Brown” assimilation, gospel festival presented by Dr. Phillip Bowden, Corvette car & Harley Davidson motorcycle show, celebrity lounge, “Making Memphis History” award ceremony, kids natural beauty pageant, wing competition, Starbucks coffee lounge, mobile health clinic, Greek organizations represented, Ms. Bella full figured women pageant, “KidVentions” kid inventors competition, soul food tastings, live hair care demonstrations, panels, live discussions, workshops on family, health, life and entrepreneurship, fashion events and so much more to be announced.
