Jay Z continues to build his empire. The mogul has opened a new night club in the heart of the Atlanta airport. Atlanta is the busiest airport in the world.
The club is only open to ticketed passengers in the Concourse D concessions area. You can not just randomly go to the spot. Also you will have to keep up with your time, because you just might miss that connection flight.
“We want to have the same type of feel as the regular 40/40 Club,” said Victoria Hong, a spokeswoman for Delaware North Companies (which partners with the rap mogul.) “It’s the airport version of the 40/40 Club.”

Airport concessions director Paul Brown said there are plans to create a VIP lounge area of the club, separate from the sports bar — at 1,500 square feet (140 sq. meters)— on a different floor. The lounge is expected to open in the late fall, Brown said.
Brown called the lounge a “scaled down” replica of the original club.
40/40 restaurant and lounges also are located in Manhattan and the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
