Sorry, ladies Lebron James is officially off the market.
The Miami Heat star married Savannah Brinson in San Diego on Saturday.
About 200 guests were present for the ceremon. The ceremony was the highlight of a three-day celebration that will conclude with a brunch on Sunday.
James and Brinson, 27, have been together since high school and have two sons. James, 28, proposed just after midnight on Jan. 1, 2012 in Miami Beach, flanked then by many of his teammates — just as he was again Saturday for his wedding.
TMZ acquired the invitation to the exclusive weekend retreat, which only highlights a “Welcome Barbeque”—which took place on Friday at 7 p.m.—and a “Farewell Brunch” that is set for Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. Guests were asked to call an exclusive number for more details in order to keep the event relatively secret.
US Weekly is reporting that the pair got married at San Diego’s Grand Del Mar hotel, and the star-studded event had an unforgettable musical performance.
And in a huge surprise for guests, Beyonce and Jay Z performed their 2003 hit “Crazy in Love” with a full band, a source revealed to Us. Queen Bey, 32, flew in for just one night, having just performed at a concert in Brazil Friday for the South American leg of her Mrs. Carter World tour.
The newlyweds said “I do” at the Capella Chapel at the Grand Del Mar hotel in San Diego, Calif., and were feted by around 200 guests, including famous pals like fellow NBA star Dwyane Wade, his actress love Gabrielle Union, Jay Z and singer Neyo. The “Let Me Love You” later performed at the reception.
The new bride wore a stunning strapless white dress with a low-cut back for the big day. Her hair was pulled back in a bun. Following the ceremony, guests were escorted to a hotel ballroom for cocktails, and later to a massive tent for the party to begin.
