Sweetie Pie’s Restaurant Coming To Memphis?

Sweetie Pie’s coming to Memphis? Well, according to one of my FB followers Mayor Wharton has announced that Memphis is next on the list. Being that we anchor Mississippi, it is only appropriate for us to have their Mississippi style cooking in our city.

Sweetie Pie’s serves up the great soul food that Robbie’s mother taught her to make when she was just a girl. Each location serves made-from-scratch soul food that is so good, the Sweetie Pie’s restaurants have become St. Louis landmarks and must-visit destinations for anyone looking for delicious comfort food and great service.

I am also hearing that Beale Street is the tentative location.

The menu ranges from Fish (Fried or Baked) Dinner, Baked Chicken Dinner , Pork Steak – Smothered in Gravy, Fried Pork Chop Dinner, Side Salad, Fried Corn, Mashed Potatoes, Candied Yams, Green Beans, Macaroni and Cheese, Black Eyed Peas, Okra and Tomatoes, Cornbread Dressing and much more.
