Young Jeezy Signs With Jay-Z & Roc Nation

Well it looks like Young Jeezy has a new home.

After a frustrating spell at Def Jam, Young Jeezy has left the label to join forces with Jay Z’s Roc Nation.

Jeezy signed a label deal that allows him to partner CTE with Roc Nation.
