The Memphis Grizzlies are having an amazing season. With lots of changes on the rooster and player injuries, we have still be able to Grind things out and pull out wins.
One of the most noticeable forces on the squad is big man Zach Randolph. These last Grizzlies games, he has played with a lot of drive and effort.
I was on social media the other day praising his efforts. Well, it looks like the Western Conference has also noticed the work Zach has put in on the court.
The NBA today announced Memphis Grizzlies forward Zach Randolph as the Western Conference Player of the Week for games played from Monday, Jan. 26 through Sunday, Feb. 1. The award is Randolph’s fourth career weekly honor after having been named Player of the Week for weeks ending on Jan. 9, 2011, Jan. 30, 2011 and April 3, 2011. With four Player of the Week Awards, Randolph surpasses Pau Gasol for the most such honors in franchise history.
Congrats to Zach on all his efforts on and off the court.
