According to TMZ Chad Ochocinco has been taken into police custody for violation of his parole.
Chad Ochocinco appeared this morning in the Broward County court in Florida after allegedly violating his parole. He was on parole for the domestic dispute with his now ex-wife Evelyn.
According to TMZ, a judge determined that Chad had indeed violated his parole after he “…failed to report to his probation officer on 2 occasions AND failed to show proof of enrollment in a domestic violence education class.”
Bond will be set. But will he be able to cough up the cash. He is reportedly broke. We shall see. We will keep you posted.
