Chad Ochocinco has been all over the media lately. He was recently arrested for a probation violation. He sat down with the crew at ESPN’s First Take and discussed his legal troubles. He discussed his urge to get back on the field and how he is now prepared. The interview was one that appeared to be a choked up Chad. He is randomly a man of few words and was not short of them during this video.
His elevator pitch was great I must say.
I’m in a position where I have to prove myself again that I can still play. Can I still do it? I’m at the bottom again, like having to prove myself when I first came in [to the NFL] and I was hungry. I got complacent at some point in my career. I thought I had it right. I thought I had made it and figured it all out. I lost the game that I loved and played for years.
