Although, The Mempis Grizzlies are in off season; NBA Star tony Allen has been very active around the city. In addition to joining SCS for their attendance initiative, hosting his annual basketball summer camp and his other charitable appearances; TA recently suited up in a different kind of uniform. The Grizzlies player joined The Memphis Red Birds for a special night. Mr. #9 was responsible for the first pitch of the night.
As part of the special evening, the Redbirds wore commemorative blue-and-gold Grizzlies-themed jerseys on the field. Grizzlies guard Tony Allen signed autographs on the concourse behind home plate and took pictured with fans in attendance.
The Grindfather threw the first pitch this past Monday at The Memphis Redbirds Game.
TA is loved by Memphis fans all over, so it was a great addition to a Monday night Memphis baseball home game.
